The Kentucky - Tennessee Memorial Scholarship is awarded to one student each from Sewanee: The University of the South, the University of Kentucky, and the University of Tennessee. The award winners must be undergraduate, SAF members, and be chosen in the method by the school.

  • The Thomas Hill Jr. Education and Opportunity Fund provides financial resources to SAF young professional members (those under the age of 40) to support projects benefiting local, regional, or national young professional communities. Grants up to $1,000 are available.

  • This program aims to intentionally bring together students from underrepresented groups in forestry and natural resources to help them navigate, grow, and thrive in the profession. Through mentoring and engagement opportunities throughout the year, each cohort will develop leadership and networking skills and create community among each other and the broader SAF network. The program includes a full scholarship to the SAF National Convention.
