ROOMS:

• A block of 80 rooms are available at the above price for KTSAF members and must be reserved before December 29. Use the link, www.crowneknox.com, or call 865-522-2600 to reserve your room. Most important, use the code “SAF” when reserving your room.
Reserving before January 1, 2025
Rooms at the Knoxville Crown Plaza can be reserved by using the link below. The group code, “SAF”, will automatically populate. This group rate and hotel link will be available until January 1st.
Reserving after January 1, 2025
After January 1st, you will need to book your room directly by the phone number below. Please still use the group code, “SAF”, so that we can get credited for the hotel booking. There is no guarantee that the group rate will be available after the first of the year.
Staying for more days than our meeting?
If attendees try the booking link, and their stay is for days earlier than the first arrival date, or after the last date of the room block, they’ll need to contact the hotel to make their reservation.
