Hotel Parking
Self-parking is free in the garage adjacent to the hotel for those registered for the KTSAF winter meeting, whether staying at the hotel or commuting each day. The garage only accepts vehicles that are less the 6 feet, 7 inches tall (sedans, minivans, regular pickups, most SUVs). If you have a larger vehicle (large pickups and SUVs, 12-passenger vans), the valet will park your vehicle elsewhere and there will be a parking charge (presently $16.00/day). Entrances to the Hilton Garage are from Church and Clinch Streets. If there is a question about the size of your vehicle, ask the valet. Several municipal parking areas are within walking distance of the hotel (one is an open lot at the corner of Walnut and Church Streets and another is at the UT Garage with entrances from Locust Street and Walnut Street) where the daily parking cost is less, but parking overnight is discouraged.
